Northern California Raw Honey Made by a Working Beekeeper

These hives run between two elevations, with mountain colonies near Portola in the Sierra Nevada and valley colonies around Loomis, Granite Bay, and Sacramento. The honey is different at each location—different bloom, different season, different color and character—so each jar of Northern California Raw Honey reflects its own distinct place. We don't blend them to even that out because the variation is the point.
